We’re raising the bar.

With new products launching and expansion accelerating across Europe, our Customer Success function is transforming from being mainly retention-focused to expansion-driven and helping customers grow faster, achieve measurable results, and scale their use of Mobal.

You’ll join two experienced CSMs and play a key part in building how we deliver success to customers across Europe by being hands-on, strategic, and full of experimentation.

What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 100+ SMB customers across Finland and Europe.

  • Help businesses increase visibility, attract more visitors, and drive measurable growth through Mobal’s platform.

  • Train users on how to adopt and improve on maps channels.

  • Onboard new customers and make sure they see value fast.

  • Troubleshoot problems with access management to the customers maps channels.

  • Run proactive check-ins, business reviews, and renewal discussions that lead to expansion.

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive them to close.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to bring customer insights into what we build next.

  • Automate repetitive work and push for smarter, more efficient ways of working.

You’ll thrive here if you:

  • Have 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or SaaS client work.

  • Communicate clearly and confidently, both verbally and in writing,, in Finnish and English (full professional proficiency is required).

  • Are commercially minded: you’re motivated by customer growth and expansion.

  • Understand technology: APIs and integrations make sense to you, and you can discuss them confidently.

  • Are disciplined: capable of handling repetitive profile management while always thinking how can I automate this?

  • Are genuinely excited about AI and how it’s changing how SMB’s operate and manage their online channels.
